Short and medium term property finance to meet your financial needs

At TML we’re more than a typical bridging loan company – our lenders can provide short term loans up to 18 months like other companies but we know there are many situations, for instance when planning permission or a longer sale period is needed, where longer term property finance is required.

Our lenders can provide regulated bridging loans, non-regulated residential investment loans, 2nd Charges, Development and Mezzanine loans and commercial property loans which can include up to 100% of the costs of refurbishment, from a few months up to 5 years, in many cases rolling up part of the interest during the term to help improve cash flow.
