The Client.

A Hertfordshire-based family run farm, which has been trading for over 15 years.
The client runs a large farm, covering over 10 acres of land. They grow and sell a wide variety of crops, as well as having a separate pig-farm. They have contracts with many of the UK's largest supermarkets.

The Requirement.

The business had continued to win lucrative contracts, but with general costs increasing, the cashflow of the business was becoming quite limiting - particularly during the quieter winter months.

The client recognised that they would need some kind of financial support, but wasn't sure what would be the best solution.

The Solution.

Having worked with a number of specialist agricultural lenders, the expert team at TML Finance were quick to provide the best solution.
A credit-line facility to £50,000 was put in place, meaning that the client had access to these funds as/when required for any purpose. The client benefited from not having to pay for the facility if it wasn't in use and immediate access to the funds. This was particularly helpful to the client, as they informed us that some of their buildings were damaged during the winter and the facility we sourced allowed them to repair the buildings immediately without delay.
