The Client.
A Cambridgeshire-based family run butcher shop had recently been taken over by new
management, with vast experience in the catering and food industry.
With exciting new ideas, the new management team wanted to offer their clients a wider
choice of produce and make some other changes to the business.
The Requirement.
As well as offering their customers alternative produce from Europe and South Africa, in
addition to their existing options, the client also wanted to refurbish the shop, which
had a prominent position in the town.
The client had already had quotes on the cost of refurbishment and was keen to proceed
so that work would be completed before their busy Christmas period.
The Solution.
The expert team at TML Finance quickly set to task and were able to source numerous
funding options for the client.
Spread across four different deals, we sourced a total of £80,000 for the client.
With all funding deposited to the client's account within one week from initial enquiry,
the client was able to proceed with the refurbishments well ahead of time and also
ensure the new produce was available in time for their Christmas rush.
The client fed back to us that they had taken more in during the Christmas period than
the last two years combined.
