Client Case Study

The Client.

A London-based digital signage and advertising company with nearly 10 years experience.

Having worked on numerous projects since starting trading, they were instructed to install the two biggest large-format LED screens in the UK, based in West London.

An award winning business, they now service over 7500 metres squared of digital signage for a range of clients all over the UK.

The Requirement.

The client has won a high-profile contract to install, service and maintain all of the digital advertising for a blue-chip organisation across the UK. the contract value was in excess of £3m.

In order to meet the agreed timeframes and volume of advertising space required, the client urgently needed funding to ensure they could meet the terms of contract. Failure to do this could have led to hefty fines and serious damage to their brand reputation.

The Solution.

Initial discussions with the client unearthed that they had been turned down by their bank for the funding required. Whilst the bank had offered to fund a certain amount, the finance offered would only allow the client to complete a fraction of the work required - the offer was therefore useless.

The expert team at TML finance used all of their experience and resources to ensure that the funding was provided in full - an unsecured loan of £520,000 over 48 month was obtained for the client at a rate of 8.5% per annum.

This funding not only ensured the client was able to keep their contractural obligations for the project they had won, but also allowed them to consolidate some existing debt - freeing up cashflow for further projects.
